"Elizabeth did an excellent job handling my auto and home quote. She did so very quickly as well as my previous insurance company’s policy was about to kick in the next day. The auto and homeowner policies were cheaper than my previous one and the coverage is the same or better. Elizabeth was very pleasant to talk to, very smart and not condescending. She also had this smooth calming voice, like that meant for radio. It was very relaxing listening to her speak. It made the stressful task of shopping for car insurance completely stress free."

"You never truly realize how valuable a great insurance agent is—until you actually need one. I’ve been working with Jamie and Lilia for some time now, and the level of service they provide is outstanding. Honestly, I rarely even need to speak with Jamie because he has someone as exceptional as Lilia on his team. Whether it’s something small like needing a new ID card or general assistance, they could easily direct me to handle it online or through the app—but they don’t. Lilia takes care of it immediately, every single time. Recently, my wife and I were involved in an accident where the other party was found at fault. "I have been insured most of my life on State Farm and the last 10-15 years has been with Jamie Morgan as my agent. I worked exclusively with Lila in his office for many years and feel she is like family. She is always helpful, empathetic, must work 24/7, but I just cannot recommend Lila and Jamie Morgan State Farm enough. You get red carpet, kid glove treatment and they paid a large claim for me in the past very quickly and made it so easy. Give Lila a call!"
